go to customize, scroll down and you should see “add a page”. click it. in the top left corner you should see smth that looks like “standard layout”, click it and change it to custom layout
copy the code and then paste it into the box that appears
scroll down in the code until you see grey text that looks <!— something like this —>
follow the grey instructions
if you have anymore questions feel free to ask again
go to customize, edit html, and look for
#sidebar
#sidebarimage
#sidebarimage img
under each of those, you should see something that looks like width:150px; or whatever. change the value of the width to whatever size you want the sidebar image to be. if you nee more help, feel free to ask, bc i feel like i explained this terribly lol

did you type your url into the field labeled “Your URL” at the bottom of the customization options? dont type it like this: http://yoururl.tumblr.com
just type in the yoururl part and it SHOULD work

You mean you don’t know how to fill in the faq? No problem! I’ll post this because other people might be wondering the same thing,
Okay, go to edit html and scroll down all the way to the bottom until you find this:
After <!— FAQ STUFF —>,replace all the random stuff there and write your own faqs, wrapping questions in <h1> and answered in <p>
If you don’t want an faq and just the popup askbox, delete all the stuff between <center> and <br> <iframe frameborder…
That should leave you with a simple askbox :) I hope that answered your question! If you need more help, please feel free to ask!

To change the colour of the text, look for color:{color:Text} under #veil and replace {color:Text} with the colour of your choice.
To change the background color of the tabs, look for background-color:{color:hover} under #un, #deux, #trois, and #quatre and replace {color:hover} with the colour of your choice.

Okay so basically, you go here and make your music player. You can get the urls for the songs from lots of websites! I personally prefer mp3skull.
After you’ve gotten your code and copied it, go back to tumblr, go to customize, edit html, and look for this (you can just press ctrl+f and type in id=“crescendo” to find it faster):
and replace all of the text within the red box with your music code. Update preview, save, and exit. There you have it!
